Ronaldo Fierro: Owner
Born and raised in Riverside, Ronaldo learned business at an early age, spending the majority of his time in his father’s family business. Upon graduating high school, Ronaldo set his sights on culinary school and enrolled in Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena, knowing someday he wanted to open and run his own restaurant. In 2008 he purchased the building that the Pig now resides in and started Fierro Foods and has future plans of opening 2 more businesses on the same block. You can usually see Ronaldo in glasses sporting comic book shirts sipping on a scotch at the bar.
